Welcome to JAP4520!

This year, we will focus on the dilemmas faced by temples (and perhaps shrines) in their struggle to survive in "late modernity".

The first class is on Friday 5 September, starting 12:15, at GM111. Please prepare by reading "Searching for a place to sit", uploaded in the folder "Archive" on the Fronter page of this course.
