Kursets f?rste del (24. august til 16. september) gjennomg?r klassiske artikler s?rlig om rasjonalitet og objektivitet, vitenskapelig realisme, epistemiske og sosiale normers rolle.
Annen del (20.oktober – 1. desember) tar opp sentrale emner i biologiens filosofi, bl.a. kausalitet i genetikk og evolusjon, evolusjon?r etikk og epistemologi, reduksjonisme.
