Important dates and deadlines

The following dates and deadlines are important for students on EXPHIL03E in the spring semester of 2019.

11. December	Deadline for registering on courses for programme students.
2. January	StudentWeb opens for registration on courses with vacant places for programme students. Students can also change to seminar groups with vacant places in StudentWeb. If you have a valid reason to change to a group which is already full, contact henvendelser@ifikk.uio.no.

18. January	Last day for change of seminar group.
21.-25. January (week 4)	Seminar groups with numbers starting with 200 begin this week.
4. February 12:00 noon	Deadline for submission of the first obligatory assignment for groups with numbers starting with 100. The assignment is submitted in Canvas. If you need an extended deadline, please contact us before* the original deadline expires. Under no circumstances there will be given an extended deadline beyond Friday 8. February 12:00 noon.*
11. February 12:00 noon	Deadline for submission of the first obligatory assignment for groups with numbers starting with 200. The assignment is submitted in Canvas. If you need an extended deadline, please contact us before* the original deadline expires. Under no circumstances there will be given an extended deadline beyond Friday 15. February 12:00 noon.*
18. March 12:00 noon	Deadline for submission of the second obligatory assignment for groups with numbers starting with 100. The assignment is submitted in Canvas. If you need an extended deadline, please contact us before* the original deadline expires. Under no circumstances there will be given an extended deadline beyond Friday 22. March 12:00 noon.*
25. March 12:00 noon	Deadline for submission of the second obligatory assignment for groups with numbers starting with 200. The assignment is submitted in Canvas. If you need an extended deadline, please contact us before* the original deadline expires. Under no circumstances there will be given an extended deadline beyond Friday 29. March 12:00 noon.*
16. April	Deadline for transferring from seminar option to option with written examination.
23. April	Deadline for withdrawing from the exam.
7. May	Exams: 09:00 - 13:00 written examination for the self-study option and 9:30 - 12:00 (noon) exam on seminar option (home exam with uploading of semester assignment and exam questions). Both exams are submitted in Inspera.
21. May	Postponed home exam (only the exam questions) on the seminar option for students who were ill the first time and have submitted valid documentation. For the semester assignment a separate deadline is set for each candidate on the basis of submitted documentation. There is no postponed exam at the self-study option.
