Abstract

There's a big difference between going for a walk in the woods and in the centre of a big city. Interacting with nature can benefit on many aspects of health, like decreasing stress and annoyance, and contribute to positive affect. It is relaxing for sure, but can interacting with nature also benefit our cognitive skills? In the following study I want to focus on the sounds of nature and the benefit we can take from them in everyday life.
