Our guest researcher Professor Thusha Rajendran will hold the first part of the workshop on "Careers vs Jobs vs tasks - The role of identity in higher order skills development". This will be a presentation and interactive session about different career options, trajectories and future skills.
The second part of the workshop will be held by P?l Br?telund on entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is much more than starting a company. Ultimately, it’s about how you want to spend your life. Success stories are often retroactively engineered to highlight how smart people were, while coincidences, mishaps, and shameful decisions are buried. We will discuss the value of knowledge and academic credentials in the real world, the golden coincidences that a good network brings, and how almost no one ends up with the job description they initially envisioned.
