This years Throne Holst Symposium will be in honour of Professor Asim Duttaroy who turns 70 years. There will also be presentations of new papers and posters by the young scientists. The paper, poster and communication awards will be announced in the evening.

The organizing committee is excited to welcome you to Oslo, Norway in June 2025 for a conference gathering colleagues working at the intersection of biomedical science and the social sciences and humanities. This workshop focuses on problems motivated by real life data and on solutions that make novel contributions to the subject. A distinctive feature, which helps to foster exchange of ideas and discussions among participants, is the absence of parallel sessions. The workshop consists of about 60 oral presentations, with poster sessions complementing the programme.
