The story 'Blind Men and an Elephant' by John Godfrey Saxe illustrates how multiple perspectives are needed to understand the whole picture.

Join our workshops where we explore fun ways to practice important interdisciplinary skills for the 21st century! This time, we focus on communication skills, perspective taking and co-creation.

Disciplines and academic fields have their unique way of knowing and perceiving the world, as well as a specific language for describing it. This can often create barriers and misunderstandings between different disciplines. Increasingly, complex challenges raise demands for interdisciplinary skills to overcome these barriers. Through this workshop, we will gain insight and experience with such skills in entertaining ways by exploring ways. Potentially, we might even gain brand new perspectives that enrich our view of the world!

The workshop will take place at CCSE, 4th floor in the Physics building at Blindern, at the following time:

Thursday, October 24th: 13.00-18.00
