This seminar presents current and emerging real-world studies at UiO and offers a look into the future opportunities for large-scale health data analyses in the new Life Science building.
We will showcase how multidisciplinary expertise, Norwegian registry data and a new data analytical pipeline at UIO contributes to understanding treatment effectiveness, rare adverse events, and patient-specific risk profiles.
The program features talks from leading national and international researchers on:

- Ongoing UiO real-world research initiatives on pharmaceuticals and vaccines
- Vaccine effectiveness modelling and pandemic preparedness

Poster exhibition
Posters will present ongoing UiO real-world studies—including vaccine effectiveness, drug utilization, and safety evaluations—along with methodological developments such as target trial emulation, pregnancy pharmacoepidemiology, genetic integration, and OMOP harmonization of Norwegian data.
