The first SMART Network Symposium will be held in Turin, Italy, on 18 and 19 September 2025. In this critical moment for corporate sustainability, the Symposium aims at establishing connections between existing members and welcoming new friends and colleagues interested in sustainability-focused research.
Scholars on law and economics are welcome to attend this annual EALE conference, organized by the Department of Law and Governance, the Department of Economics at BI Norwegian Business School and the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo.
Research Methods in Contract Law and Scholarship explores the multifaceted nature of modern contract law and practice. The sources of law are based on open textured principles and rules. Pressing problems of the law can only be resolved by looking over the boundaries that divide the law and discovering the underlying entities. The sources of contract law open up for taking account of principles that provide the systemic cohesion much needed to achieve the certainty and predictability on which contract law depends.
