Application Procedure for UiO Students:
- All students enrolled in a UiO Bachelor's or UiO Master's program can apply for a 4-week summer course at no extra cost. UiO program students are exempt from paying the course fee.
- Applicants to Master's courses must have completed a Bachelor's degree before applying.
- UiO program students can apply for loans/ grants from L?nekassen, under the same terms and conditions as any other semester.
Terms and Conditions
If you plan to use the summer course as a part of your degree, you are responsible for ensuring:
- The course will be accepted as part of your degree program.
- The course does not overlap with any other courses in your degree.?

Please note: The information on this page applies to the 4?week summer courses. The 6?week Norwegian language courses are not free for UiO students. All participants, regardless of affiliation, must pay the course fee for Norwegian language courses.
