This programme allows you to apply to the courses you are most interested in. You may start with courses in a new field of study, or you may choose courses to expand previous education.

The academic content and the learning outcomes of the one-year programme will depend on which courses you choose. See "Course content" and "Learning outcomes" on each course description for further information.
In combination with other education, the one-year programme can provide you with valuable academic knowledge and experience. The one-year programme is not a formal degree.
In-person attendance
Please be aware that all our courses within Natural sciences and Informatics requires in-person attendance at the University of Oslo. Teaching starts from week 34, starting Monday 22nd of August.
