Dear students!
The study administration will be closing for the summer after 4 July and we will be back in full swing from 4th August. Students who have defended their master’s thesis are requested to submit their complete clearance form by Thursday, 3rd July at 15.00 (3:00 PM) in order to receive their MSc degree before the summer. Due to holiday arrangements at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, there will be no further degree conferral for masters until at least 11th August.
We wish you all a very pleasant summer and would like to remind you that the teaching will start from Monday, 18th August (week 34) and the buddy week for new master's students taking place the week before (33).

Are you a master's student at the Department of Geosciences? Would you like to contribute to a good start for our new master students in August 2025? Then you might be one of our new buddy coordinators. Apply as soon as possible.
Both 2nd and 4th semester's master's students in Geosciences and CS:Geoscience are eligible to apply.
