One of the greatest things about living in Oslo, is that you have the nature and forest (Marka) just a few metro stops away. Vettakollen is a peak between Holmenkollen and Sognsvann that offers some of the best views you can get overlooking Oslo, the fjord and Holmenkollen.
We'll meet at the Vettakollen metro station (take metro no.1 Frognerseteren) to and walk from there. The walk is just a few kilometers, but it’s a bit steep, so wear good shoes. It will also be possible to take a swim on the way back, so bring a towel and swim shorts/swimsuit if you would like to.
