Course assessment design with grading policies
At Tilburg University, we are developing a coherent set of guidelines that integrate grading policies into course assessment design. In this session with the participants, I will discuss real-life cases on the three issues: coursework vs examination, weighting of interim and final assessment, as well as compensation and resit. At the end of this session, participants will be able to recognize these issues and identity the strategies to deal with them in their future practice.
