Upload documents
- We recommend you upload all your documentation when first registering your application, your application will not be processed before all obligatory documents are uploaded!
- Please, upload documents in PDF or JPG format if possible and name the documents so we understand what they contain, like financing.pdf, project_description.pdf.
- Do not upload documents containing sensitive personal data
You can see your own uploaded documents in the application portal in the "My documents" folder. Missing obligatory documentation will be highlighted.

The easiest way is to have all your documents ready before registering your application.
- Log in to the online application portal, S?knadsweb.
- Follow the application process for the PhD-programme
- When to upload obligatory documentation for all applicants will show during the application process.
Previously registered, complete application by uploading documents later
If you have forgotten to upload some documents and your application is registered, but not completed. The process to add documentation is as follows:
- Log in to the online application portal, S?knadsweb
- Click on "My Documents" at the top menu:
- Click on "Upload new document"
- Choose type of document
- Choose/add your file
- Click upload to store
Status for required documentation for all applicants shows with green ticks when uploaded, and red crosses when missing. Please note that this does not reflect any assessment from case worker or academic staff. It simply reflects whether or not you have uploaded a document that is marked obligatory for the application.
Please check your uploaded documents. If you cannot find your uploaded documents in the application portal, we will have the same problem! All your uploaded documents should visible under the document archives:
