For spring and autumn term admissions:
- Spring cancellation deadline: December 1.
- Autumn cancellation deadline: July 1.
- You will get a complete refund, with the exception of a cancellation fee of 2500 NOK.
- Cancellation/withdrawal after December 1/July 1:
- We will give you a total refund if you fail to meet the Norwegian language requirements due to insufficient NORA/ISS exam results in the previous semester.
- You are not entitled to a refund if you cancel after the deadline for other reasons.
- If you have a medical reason for not being able to attend class, you may defer the classes you miss to an equivalent course within the next 12 months. Only medical reasons are valid.
- If you defer before classes have begun, you may defer to either the following, spring, summer, or autumn semesters.
- If you defer after the course has started, you will be able to complete the remainder of the course in a new semester. For example, if you are granted deferment in week 7 of the spring semester, you will start in week 7 in the autumn semester.
- Only those who are granted deferment before the start of the course can take the whole course again in any semester. If you defer after the course has started, you generally cannot defer to the summer semester due to structural differences between the semesters.
- You may defer your admission one time only. If the course fee has increased, you will be required to pay the difference in price.
- You must reapply for the course when the application portal for the next semester opens as you will not be automatically enrolled in the next semester.
- No partial refunds for the price difference between NORA0130 and NORA0130IN will be issued.
