About the service - ICT in research |
The purpose of the service is to give hospital staff - especially researchers - access to collaboration services over the internet. The service includes:
Order the service - how do I proceed? |
Setup IT equipment |
The machine is delivered pre-installed with UiO setup from Sykehuspartner. For login and configuration - please see instructions under setup. Have you ordered a docking station - how to connect it. |
Username and password |
Self-service: Go to UiO's password service to retrieve your username and / or get a new password. Receive a PIN code via SMS (mobile number must be registered) or log in through the ID port. Personal attendance: You can have a new password printed out at the office of Local-IT. Remember valid identification.

If you want to forward your UiO e-mail to your Ahus or OUS e-mail address:
Please note that for security reasons automatic forwarding of email is not recommended. Enabling automatic forwarding of email to external email addresses is strictly forbidden for all UiO employees! |

If you no longer need the service, please let us know: Your laptop belongs to the hospitals and must be returned: NOTE! Remember to copy files and emails that you want to keep before you lose access to your account. This also applies to OneDrive and other services you access through UiO. |
