Share a list and collaborate

The tutorial shows how to share a list and collaborate on solving its tasks in To do. For larger projects, it is recommended that you use the more powerful Planner tool instead.

Microsoft To do has functionality to share one or more task lists with your colleagues. You can then delegate tasks to colleagues so that you work together towards a common goal. You can also share a list just to keep your colleagues updated about your work tasks.

This feature is especially beneficial for collaborative projects, as it allows team members to track progress, assign tasks, and communicate within the context of the shared list.
