To publish a dataset you also need to add information about the researchers who created the data.
Research Data Management
The metadata manager scans through your data, collecting all available metadata it can find. This is available as a spreadsheet in the webportal.
If you wish to define your own metadata standard you can do so in the metadata manager. You can also choose to work with all the metadata that is available, or use a predefined standard already available in the metadata manager.
The webportal allows you to set up your scan schedule, keep track of data, filter and create subsets based on metadata, as well as publish metadata about your data.
In order to log in to the service you need to have an Educloud research user account.
In order to gather your metadata, you need to first order the service, so that an initial scan can be performed. After the initial scan, your data will be automatically scanned regularly.
