What is BaaS?
- BaaS – Backup as a Service – is a service supplied by USIT to institutions outside the UiO. The service backs up the customer's files, so that lost or deleted file scan be fetched back, if needed.
- USIT uses advanced tools and prosedures to make sure that all data is protected, and that all data BaaS is ordered for, is backed up as specified.
Getting started
The BaaS service from USIT can be ordered by all institutions in the higher education sector and other institutions or companies closely associated with the UiO or the higher education sector.
