- Open the Outlook Mobile app on your phone or tablet.
- Tap on the icon for your email account (or your profile picture if it is set).
- A sidebar will appear. Click on the gear icon (for Settings) at the bottom left of the app.
- Scroll down to Email and tap on Signature.
- Delete the default signature (Sent from Outlook for iOS) and enter your desired signature.
- Finish by tapping on the checkmark icon at the top right and click on the back icon to the left.
- Finally, click on the X icon to close the Settings window.
- Now, your signature will automatically be added to all new email messages you write in Outlook Mobile.
How to set up a signature in Outlook Mobile
A signature is a pre-defined text that is automatically added to the bottom of the emails you send.
It should be brief - preferably not longer than 4 lines - and typically includes contact information.
