How to set up a signature in Outlook Mobile

A signature is a pre-defined text that is automatically added to the bottom of the emails you send.

It should be brief - preferably not longer than 4 lines - and typically includes contact information.

  1. Open the Outlook Mobile app on your phone or tablet.
  2. Tap on the icon for your email account (or your profile picture if it is set).
