When your e-mail and calendar have been moved from the local e-mail and calendar server to Microsoft 365, Outlook Mobile pops up with a message that the configuration for your account has been changed.
Press OK to confirm that you have read the message. Outlook Mobile will now automatically quit and restart with new settings pointing to Microsoft 365, and start downloading email and calendar data again. The latter may take some time.
The text in the message translates to: Account configuration has been changed for [account name]. If you want to continue to use Outlook, the app must be restarted.
