Lost or stolen device with Workspace One Intelligent Hub

You should have your mobiler device locked. This can be done from selvbetjeningsportalen  where you log in with your username and password. 
You can:

  • lock your phone, making it unusable
  • delete UiO mail and calendar, and other UiO accesses

Alternatively, IT Help can do this for you or assist you.

Location services are turned off to ensure your privacy. We can therefore not locate your phone, but from selvbetjeningsportalen you might:

  • call your phone - if it is turned on 
  • send an email to your device, which might be helpful if email notifications are turned on

 NB: Sending SMSes is not an option.

If you have enabled location services yourself, and have an iPhone, iPad or Mac, you might get help from Apples iCloud manual to localize your device, and some of the functions offered by AirWatch.

Google offers the same services through Android Device Manager.
