Dealing with rejection is tough, but putting many hours into your research funding bid, paper, or application, only for it to be turned down is an all too common experience, and especially difficult to process. But it doesn’t have to be the end of the line for your idea! Rejection is surprisingly common within the academy, and there is nothing ‘wrong’ with experiencing it.
Please join us for an inspiring talk on ‘Dealing with rejection: how to handle failure in academia’ by professor Benjamin Sovacool.
