Oslo Life Science Conference 12–18 February 2021
Welcome to Oslo Life Science 2021! Five days of thematic events related to research in life sciences and sustainability for everyone interested in research, education, innovation, business and politics in life sciences. The sixth Oslo Life Science conference will be mainly digital. The conference is open to everyone and free to attend.
Main event ?Life sciences and global societal challenges?
Using Covid-19 as an example, we focus on the role of life sciences in understanding and solving global societal challenges. - What experiences have we gained one year after the pandemic started? Which research projects are implemented to prevent new pandemics in the future? What measures can we take to be prepared for a new global pandemic? And what efforts are taken to stop the COVID-19 pandemic globally?

Important deadlines - funding of convergence environments
UiO:Life Science has announced a new call for applications for funding of convergence environments. If you missed the information meetings earlier in December, you can download the presentation here (PDF). By 21 January you should sign up for a mandatory workshop organized on Thursday 18 February and 2 March and create a scientific profile. See the call
