Kees Groen
Co-founder & CEO at DGr Pharma
Kees held research and leadership roles in pharmaceutical companies from 1986 to 1997, including Associate Director at Janssen Research Foundation and advisor to the Dutch Medicines Evaluation Board.
He founded Kinesis Pharma (1997-2015) and is now co-founder and CEO of DGr Pharma.
With expertise in drug development and regulatory processes, he has held various management positions across the industry.
Kees holds a PhD in Pharmacokinetics and ageing from Leiden University.
Ron van 't Hof
Director Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control at DGr Pharma
Ron has held research and management roles in pharmaceutical companies and research institutes since 1994.
Since 2011, he has served as Director of Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control at Kinesis Pharma and DGr Pharma.
With extensive experience in drug substance and product development, he has led teams from lab scale to commercial manufacturing.
Ron holds a PhD in chemistry from University of Utrecht.
