CEO at Aleap

Erling has 18 years experience from global pharmaceutical and biotech companies. He has also worked with a large range of Norwegian health startups, everything from pharma to digital health solutions.

Over the last 6 years he has been leading Aleap in Oslo Science Park, a national incubator for health startups.

Erling holds an MBA from ESCP Business School.

Adam Robertson Adam Robertson

CSO and Co-founder at Hemispherian

Adam has a strong background in biochemistry, molecular biology and the study of cellular processes. He holds a PhD in Biology from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA.

After earning his doctorate, Adam spent almost 12 years as a postdoc and later a scientific group leader at Oslo University Hospital.

His scientific work led to discoveries that led to the foundation of Hemispherian, an Oslo based pharmaceutical startup advancing anti-cancer drugs that target the DNA Damage response. Hemispherian has been successful at raising capital from public and private sources, including family offices, national and international venture capital firms.
