Anne Marie Bj?rgo, Attorney-at-law at Inven2 AS
Anne Marie Bj?rgo is an attorney at Inven2, the technology transfer office of the University of Oslo and Oslo University Hospital.
She is particularly skilled in general contract law, intellectual property, state aid, public procurement, competition law and general ethics and compliance work. She focuses on research, innovation and collaboration, early start ups, knowledge transfer and IP licensing.
Anne Marie also holds positions in the boards of start-ups established by Inven2.
Stig Nordal, Partner and Board Member, Head of the Technology Group at SANDS Advokatfirma DA
Stig Nordal holds a MSc of Laws from the University of Oslo (UiO) with a focus on Commercial Law, M&A, Tax Law/Taxation His law practice is mainly connected to advising businesses in transactions, mergers/demergers, structuring of group-companies, funding processes and tax issues, hereunder in cross border and international matters In addition he act as advisor for several early stage/pre-seed/seed-funds within the tech sector.
His current assignments also include:
- Head of the Technology Group in Steenstrup Stordrange where he works with startups and emerging companies within a broad range of tech sectors; ICT, medtech, biotech, life science, advising companies with structuring, funding, tax issues, international establishment and cross border flip overs.
- Board member at Founders Fund I AS, which is an investment company established to invest in early stage tech-companies located at StartupLab in Oslo Science Park
- Board member and Co-founder of PROG Seed AS, which act as a business angel / seed investor in companies located at the StartUpLab in Oslo Science Park
