Programme structure

The MPAM programme consists of two components: namely, taught course work and independent research work leading to the writing of a thesis under the supervision of senior members from the two academic institutions (Chancellor College & University of Oslo). The coursework, comprising 4 core and 4 elective courses, is covered in the first year while the research project and writing of a thesis is conducted in the second year. Students are further expected to actively participate in the broader research agenda being undertaken by the two departments with the view to develop evidence based policy briefs
