The annual Arctic Day at the University of Oslo is arranged for the 4th time on October 30th. The event takes place at CIENS in 澳门葡京手机版app下载sparken (the Science Park) and starts with a light lunch and registration at 11:00. At 16:30 there will be a networking / poster session at which tapas will be served.  Please see below for programme and registration.

The Arctic is becoming synonymous with change. This change is occurring across different scales, at variable rates, and is affecting numerous stakeholders in very different ways. As such it is necessary to retain and foster an interdisciplinary and multi-faceted perspective towards the Arctic.

This year's Arctic Day speakers present example of change across numerous disciplines; space, climate, biology, environment, law, geophysics, and social sciences. The event is hosted this year by the Department of Geosciences / the Centre for Earth Evolution and Dynamics (CEED) and the Arctic Committee of the University of Oslo.

Attending researchers (early career to senior) are welcome to present a poster during the evening networking session from 16:30. Please provide a tentative title upon registration.
