UiO iHub is UiO's place for innovative students in Oslo Science Park. The space serves as a meeting place where innovative students from all faculties can connect and collaborate. In other words, if you're a student with an entrepreneurial spark, an innovative idea, or a business in full swing – welcome to UiO iHub!
Who can use UiO iHub?
UiO iHub is a place for all innovators at UiO. Are you a student with a creative project or startup idea – UiO iHub is for you.
UiO iHub houses several of the student innovation initiatives at UiO
Co-Create is a student innovation program that connects students across Oslo’s universities through entrepreneurship.
UiO Momentum is an internship programme that brings UiO students and companies together through matchmaking.
Insj is a student association and incubator that offers free guidance for student startups and students at UiO with innovative ideas. Insj manages student innovation grants on behalf of the UiO Growth House.
Funding opportunities for innovative students
Grants from the UiO Growth House
Students can apply for financial support from the student incubator Insj to develop ideas further. They manage funds for student innovation on behalf of the UiO Growth House. Insj will have two calls per year. The last application deadline was 10 January 2026.
