In charge of communications as well as industry collaboration and public relations in the UiO Growth House – UiO's innovation unit for life sciences, health and technology. Member of the Growth House management team.

- Communications manager in several public organisations, among others UiO:Life Science and the Norwegian Biotechnology Advisory Board; ambassador at the Scientist Factory and science journalist at the research and communications agency Opinion
- PhD in molecular biology, the Norwegian Radium Hospital/UiO and graduate engineer, the Norwegian Institute of Technology (now NTNU)
- Continuing education in project management, digital PR management, PR management and strategic communication and non-fiction writing
