TIK sent the following project proposals to the RCN deadline Wednesday this week:

New people
J?rgen Finstad is working in a small percentage as coordinator for Intransit and the Innovation group - but also with some research dissemination. Please notify him if you have any ideas or wishes for a web article.
Syed Misam Hussain acts as studies advisor until the end of 2021.
Rehabilitation of Eilert Sundts hus
Thank you for your answers regarding office space in Ullev?l Stadion! All of you that indicated that you need a desk 5 days a week have your own desk, for those of you that indicated fewer days there is a shared solution. You will find the plan for distribution of places attached here. Please note that we will need to make adjustments to the plan when necessary due to staff changes.
The timeline is still that we move out from the middle of April. With the home office situation, the packing of offices in Eilert Sundt's building is still a bit uncertain, but there is still time in March and April. More information on this will follow in the next TIK news.

Those of you that want to start packing when in the office now, will find moving boxes in the post room. Please notify Inger-Johanne when empty.
Container bins will be placed in the meeting room 551 in the near future, probably already Monday.

From the "HR portal" to a new system
In May the UiO changes its salary system. More information about how travel reimbursements, vacations and leaves shall be registered will follow. To prepare for the transition, the faculty's economy department has asked that we all verify if we have any pending claims in the HR portal. Please follow the guidelines Displaying your travel and expense reports in the HR portal - For employees - University of Oslo (uio.no) . If you have any claims back to 2015 (!) that still are valid, please send them for validation. Please delete all other claims. The deadline is the end of February!
