"Sp?rretime" with the students
Markus has invited all employees to a regular short meeting with the first year students. Today I (Inger-Johanne) joined and met a highly motivated group with a clearly stated interest in the research at TIK. The meetings' format will be somewhat adjusted (further information will come from Markus), but when you can attend, look forward to a positive group also outside the class room!

The STS methods lab seminar 11 November 14.00.-16.00 will be held by Astrid Schrader (University of Exeter and Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society, LMU Munich)

Mailing lists at TIK
TIK has a variety of mailing lists, here is a summary of some of the lists that are regularly updated and in use now:
- tik-ansatte@tik.uio.no includes employees, emeritii, guest researchers and external phd candidates.
- tik-underviser@tik.uio.no includes teaching staff and is used for running teaching related questions.
- phd-students@tik.uio.no is a list used for information to students at the PhD programme (all candidates).
- innovasjon@tik.uio.no is the mailing list for activities in the Innovation research group, employees, emeritii, phd candidates and guest reaserchers are included.
- vtk-gruppa@tik.uio.no is the mailing list for activites in the STS research group, employees, emeritii, phd candidates and guest reaserchers are included.
- osiris-news@tik.uio.no is a list for news and info from the OSIRIS research centre.
