Ullev?l premises, practical info
The offices at Ullev?l are open, with the recommendation from UiO to follow general infection prevention guidelines such as staying at home when sick, keep social distancing (minimum 1 m) and frequent washing of hands. There is no longer need to register attendance, the excel file has thus been deleted. Please follow the Information about the Covid-19 situation at UiO - University of Oslo for further details.
The 11 meeting rooms are available for booking in the Outlook calendar search for Ullev?l Stadion in the room list. They are all equipped with computers, cameras and microphones, and contact info to the IT section if need for assistance. You can see where to find them on these maps:
The quiet rooms are equipped with computers, cameras, microphones and telephones. They are not available for booking, as they are intended to be available on short notice such as phone calls. But as long as they are free we might also use them for shorter video meetings in addition to the meeting rooms. The quiet rooms are marked by dark green on the plans above.
Both meeting rooms and quiet rooms are marked by white signs with "M?terom" or "Stillerom" and room number.
We share the small kitchen with the Faculty administration.
TIK has headsets available in order to minimize disturbance while working in the landscape. Please contact Inger-Johanne to get one. We will order extras when empty.
