New salary and financial system

From the 1 May the "Self-service portal" or "DF? app" on mobile phones have replaced the HR portal. New codes replace the earlier "tiltakskode", project code and "stedkode", and the administration on all levels are working on learning the new systems and implementing the new codes. The TIK administration has set a goal to have contracts for external examinators, research assistants etc in order by the end of May. Please be patient if this procedure takes a bit more time than usual.

If you need to know your code for ordering or reimbursement, please do not hesitate in contacting Inger-Johanne.
