New ENERGIX Project

The Norwegian Research Council has granted support for "Conflicting Transition Pathways for Deep Decarbonization" (PATHWAYS) We congratulate Allan and the rest of his team. We are planning a celebration of PATHWAYS towards the end of the staff meeting on Tuesday February 12, from 12:00 to 14:00.

Sideline jobs

The University has introduced an electronic solution for registrations of sideline jobs and owner interests in the HR-portal. All staff members should register applicable jobs and interests by the end of February. For further information check the "For employees pages".

UiO:Life Science - summer research project

UiO:Life Science will fund educatinal summer research projects for 40 student between April and September 2019 for students currenctly enrolled in a bachelor, master or relevant professional degree program at UiO. The application deadline is February 1. Further information here.

Peder Sather Grant Program - Berkeley

If you are interested in a stay at UC Berkeley, the deadline for applications is March 15. Further information here.

We have had some changes in TIK-admin over the last couple of months, and we use the opportunity to give a short overview of how we have devided the administrative tasks among us for the coming months:
