Procedures for PhD candidates
All PhD projects at PSI should have their own registration in ForskPro, even if they are based on one or more projects already registered. Internal candidates can perform this registration themselves, whereas all external candidates (without UiO employment) must rely on their internal supervisor at PSI to handle the registration.
An updated ForskPro registration provides overview of the degree work (thesis) and enables document access and control of the project from the administrative side. This is especially important for midway evaluations and before final submission.
The text summary in ForskPro should provide a brief overview of what is being done in the PhD project, including data sources and possible collaborations. Remember to use explanatory file names on all uploaded documents.
