Elin Lerum Boasson at ISV is a lead author for the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and has been the only non-Swedish member of the Swedish Climate Policy Council. She has often found a receptive audience for research-based climate policy advice, although the interest varies with the saliency of climate politics.
