Editorial: The strategy is ready
Dean Hanne Flinstad Harbo talks about the work behind the new, adopted strategy for the faculty.
The Management Column
The faculty management wants to be close to its employees. This autumn they will start with welcome meetings for all new employees. In addition, they will arrange a separate meeting for newly employed associate professors and professors in the professor's residence at UiO in the city centre. The purpose of the meeting is to get to know each other and talk about the research.
Were you hired after September? You will then receive an invitation to the spring welcome meeting. Starting next year, the welcome meetings will be held permanently in February and September.
