Marie Sk?odowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships offers grants up to two years, to promote mobility and career development?to researchers who want to work?with an independent research project in another country. These fellowships allow supervisors to bring highly qualified early-career researchers to UiO and to build long-term, strategic collaborations across borders.?The funding covers most of the salary for the?mobile researcher as well as?funding?to administer and run the project.
Supervisors play a central part in shaping a viable project idea, ensuring alignment with UiO’s research environment, and offering the scientific guidance needed for a strong application. This dedicated seminar for supervisors will provide guidance on their role in attracting and supporting MSCA PF fellows.?
The MSCA-2026-PF call has a deadline on September 9th, 2026. ?
The seminar will give you information about
- Rules and basic conditions of the MSCA PF scheme
- The application content and process
- How to identify and attract a strong candidate
- What does it take to a supervisor
- Advise from a former supervisor
The seminar is held in cooperation with Dr. Juliane Sauer from OxygenEUm. The target groups are UiO researchers who want to learn more about supervising a MSCA Postdoctoral fellow,?and for research administrators working with MSCA support. There will be time to ask questions. The presentation will be given in English.
The seminar is open for all UiO employees, however researchers at UiO?who plan to apply as a fellow should contact the host institution abroad for application support.
Please consult your local research advisers regarding further application support for incoming candidates.
