For permanent employees

A deduction is registered for certified medical leave of 16 or more consecutive days days.

Absences due to certified or self-certified medical leave of less than 16 consecutive days do not generate deductions but you will be credited for assigned tasks as if they were carried out.

For fixed-term employees
- Certified medical leave of two consecutive weeks (10 working days/14 calendar days) or more will lead to an automatic extension of your employment contract.
- Certified or self-certified medical leave of less than two weeks (10 working days/14 calendar days) does not provide grounds for an extension but you will be credited with hours as if you had completed the task (applies from autumn 2022).
