What do we do?
The parental leave team handles all parental leave at UiO.
- We summon a meeting where we?guide the employee and manager?regarding applicable regulations?before the parental leave is agreed.
- We assist the employee in completing?the application form for NAV and follow up?the case at UiO until the parental leave has been terminated.
- We have a coordinating role between employee, employer and NAV.
