- Children under 3 years old stay for free. There are 9 fixed beds in the main cabin. Additionally, there is space for 2 brought-in beds for children under 3 years old. A duvet and pillow must be brought for the extra children's beds.
- A weekend is considered from Friday to Sunday.
- A week during the summer vacation is considered from Saturday at 1:00 PM to Saturday at 12:00 PM the following week. These times are the earliest arrival time and latest departure time.
- A week's stay outside of the summer vacation is approved from date to date, regardless of specific weekdays for arrival and departure. However, the stay must include whole weekends and not parts of a weekend. For example, you cannot rent from one Saturday to the next Saturday. The stay could instead be, for instance, either 1) arrive on Friday and stay until Thursday or 2) arrive on Monday and stay until Sunday.
- If Easter falls within the rental season, it will be divided into two parts, with Wednesday before Maundy Thursday as the "changeover day." That means:

Payment Terms
Tenants will receive an order confirmation for the rental stay.
You will then receive an invoice where the rental amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the rental period begins.
Cancellation or Change in the Number of Guests
If you are unable to travel, the Holiday Foundation must receive an immediate cancellation.
- Cancellation made when only 4 to 2 weeks remain until the rental period: 50% of the rental price must be paid.
- With 2 weeks, or less, remaining until the rental period: 100% of the rental price must be paid.

Fee for Lack of Cleaning etc. upon departure
From 2025, a fee of NOK 1000 will be imposed for lack of cleaning and tidying upon departure, meaning when the rental period has ended. For cleaning and tidying requirements, see the checklist.
