- During the probation period, the new employee shall receive the necessary guidance and evaluation of his or her work.
- During the probation period, the new employee’s contract may be terminated with one month notice if he or she cannot adapt to the work or does not satisfy reasonable requirements for skills or reliability.
- The employee shall be made aware in writing of probation period regulations before he or she is employed and shall confirm this in writing.
