Subsistence
The subsistence grant is based on daily rates. The amount depends on which country you are going to.
*For longer stays the daily rate is reduced after the 14th day.

Travel
The travel grant is a fixed amount based on the distance between the sending and receiving institution. The distance is calculated using the European Commission Distance Calculator (ec.europa.eu).
Participants travelling more sustainably ("green"), can receive a higher travel grant and possibly further travel days. Examples include train, bike, and carpooling. Contact us if you have any questions.
