Time for evaluating the mentoring programme and documenting its results! Mentees and mentors are invited to give feedback through an online survey.
All mentors are invited to this workshop where you will also meet the mentees as well as focus on mentor skills. The contents is decided after input from the May workshop.
All mentees are invited to this workshop where you will have the opportunity to network and learn from and with each other.
All mentors and mentees are invited to this workshop where there will be opportunity to network among all the participants and learn from each other. The session will include working in peer networking groups as well as in mixed groups of mentors and mentees to provide for networking and getting to know each other among all participants.
Kick-off for the programme, where all mentors and mentees meet for a joint seminar and the mentoring pairs are announced. We also set aside time for the first meeting in the individual mentor/mentee pairs. The focus is on establishing a solid, common platform for the mentoring relationships and the learning process.
All mentors - experienced and new mentors - are invited to a master class to go deeper into the mentoring skills of mentoring in academia.
All mentees are invited to this introduction, to provide a first insight into mentoring and the mentoring programme.
All mentees and new mentors are committed to participating in a 30 minute interview in Zoom at the beginning of January.
