Whether you have arrived in Oslo only a couple weeks ago or have been working here for some time, we invite all members of international staff here at UiO to the event of the year: a pub quiz at UNION accompanied by a delicious all-you-can-eat pizza buffet. As is customary for a pub quiz, you will be able to buy a pint of beer or other beverages of your choice at the venue. If you want to enjoy a social Friday evening and get to know your colleagues across UiO's many departments, this event is for you.
The quiz will be performed by Pernille Haaland, a British-Norwegian stand-up comedian with lots of humour to offer about Norwegians from both perspectives.
You are welcome to bring a plus-one to this event! This can be your partner, your friend or a Norwegian colleague. The only requirement is that they also register as a participant.
Because the venue has room for a limited amount of participants, we want to reduce the number of no-shows and have decided to introduce a small participation fee of 80 NOK per person. You can register yourself and pay the fee here.
