About the lecturer
Federica Mogherini is Rector of College of Europe in Bruges and Director of the European Union Diplomatic Academy. From 2014 to 1019 she served as the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission. Prior to that, she was Italian Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation
