Every year Oslo Early gives the opportunity to music schools and upper secondary's in Oslo to engage with baroque music.
They get to do this with professional musicians in the Norwegian Baroque Ensemble and international specialists in early music in some intense trial days before they have a grand concert in the University Aula.
In 2023 Oslo early continue the collaboration with NOR 59 in Oslo and Oslo Culture School.
Through intense days with Peter Spissky, a baroque specialist, the young musicians get an introduction to the wonderful world of baroque music and the distinctive style that emphasizes on swing and harmonic and dynamic contrasts.
The program consists of some of the most famous concerti grossi in the history of music by composers such as Arcangelo Corelli and Georg Friedrich H?ndel.
